Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is one of the rare spaces a hectic, fast-paced life where you can slow down and really attend to yourself.

There’s a whole world inside your mind: questions, intuition, self-beliefs, worries and hopes. Together we can start to untangle these threads, getting to know what version of you lies behind doubt, fear, and insecurities. By identifying and working with the parts of you that need more care, the inside of your mind may start to be a less overwhelming place to be.

When I work with individuals, I strive to understand the whole person. This means understanding your history, and how your identity, your relationships, and the narratives you hold about yourself impact the reasons you are coming to therapy. While understanding your past, we will also attend to the present. A trusting, authentic therapeutic relationship can be a place where we work through the stuck points in your life, and help you access the life you want.
