I am an out of network therapist, meaning I cannot bill your health insurance directly for services, and you are responsible for payment at the time of session.
Upon request, I can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of session cost. The best way to find out if this is an option for you is to call your insurance company and ask them about your out of network mental health benefits.
Insurance can be confusing! Please feel free to bring any questions about this to our initial consultation.

I currently offer both in-person and Telehealth options for therapy. In-person sessions take place in my office in downtown Fremont, and virtual sessions take place through a HIPAA compliant platform and are available to anyone living in Washington state.
