About Me

As a therapist, my style is warm, collaborative, and direct. At the core of why I became a therapist is that I find humans to be deeply interesting - the arc of our lives, and the stories we tell ourselves about our past, present, and future. I delight in stepping into this inner world with my clients.

I practice from a systemic, relational, and experiential lens, meaning that I think we are deeply impacted by the world around us and our meaningful relationships, and I think that healing happens in the therapy space when you feel safe to be your authentic self in the therapy room. I strive to bring my authentic self into the therapy space as well.

In addition to my private practice, I also work as a Child and Family Therapist at Ryther, specializing in infant and early childhood mental health. This work provides me with experience working with parents of children of all ages, and an understanding of the psychology and needs of young children.

My style as a therapist is also informed by my training as a Registered Yoga Teacher, my regular meditation practice, and my lifelong love affair with the mountains of the west coast. When I’m not working as a therapist, I can usually be found reading a book, moving my body through dance or yoga, or spending time with my loved ones in or outdoors.
